We wanted you to be the first to know that the City of International Falls has a new online payment provider. Xpress Bill Pay is the premier local government and service district payment provider.
The switch was made to provide you with many new and enhanced features like full bill presentation, paperless billing, billing history, auto pay, stored payment info, email notifications, and many more.
You will be directed to the new website when you select the “Pay my Bill” option on the City’s website or you can access Xpress Bill Pay directly.
You will need to visit the site to establish an account. If you had recurring payments (Auto Pay) setup with the City’s previous provider, you will need to re-establish the Auto Pay with Xpress Bill Pay.
