A special meeting of the City Council of the City of International Falls, Minnesota, was held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building on Monday, the 26th day of August 2019, at the hour of 5:08 P.M.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilors Buller, Ditsch, Droba, Krause and Mayor Anderson.
MEMBERS ABSENT: None.

APPROVED Second Reading and Final Adoption of Contract Ordinance #966, approving the lowest responsible bid for the 14th Avenue Reconstruction Project, to Bowman Asphalt Products, Inc. in the amount of $380,489 and authorize signatures |
MOTION by Councilor Buller approving Second Reading and Final Adoption of Contract Ordinance #966, approving the lowest responsible bid for the 14th Avenue Reconstruction Project, to Bowman Asphalt Products, Inc. in the amount of $380,489 and authorize signatures. Motion seconded by Councilor Krause. City Administrator Anderson shared that the bid also included work on Shorewood Drive and 8th Ave. Motion carried unanimously. |

Mayor Anderson reminded everyone that the next regular meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at 4:30 P.M. The Mayor adjourned the special meeting at 5:10 P.M. |
