Mn Statute 13D.021 allows meetings to be conducted by telephone or other electronic means under the following conditions:
- The Mayor determined an in-person meeting or a meeting conducted under section 13D.02 is not practical because of a health pandemic.
- The Mayor and all Councilors participating in the meeting can hear one another and can hear all discussion.
- Attendance by the public is not feasible due to the health pandemic.
- At least one member of the City Council is physically present at the regular meeting, unless unfeasible due to the health pandemic.
- All votes are conducted by roll call so each members’ vote on each issue can be identified and recorded.

Any individual Council member may remove an item from the Consent Agenda for discussion on the regular agenda. (Council action)
- Approve 2021 license renewals- as presented
NEW BUSINESS
- Consider building demolition application from owners Teri Hart and Lisa and Ben Mortenson on non-homesteaded property at 1418 Main Ave. (Council action)
- Consider recommendation to hire two Part Time Patrol Officers (Council action)
- Act by motion of majority vote to recess to a closed meeting for the purpose of considering property acquisition with the full City Council present per Minnesota Statute, 13D.05, Subd. 3 (c)(3).
- Adjourn closed meeting session and reconvene in open meeting session.
- Open meeting, summarize conclusions regarding the evaluation, and consider action items on closed session business, if any.
