Mn Statute 13D.021 allows meetings to be conducted by telephone or other electronic means under the following conditions:
- The Mayor determined an in-person meeting or a meeting conducted under section 13D.02 is not practical because of a health pandemic.
- The Mayor and all Councilors participating in the meeting can hear one another and can hear all discussion.
- Attendance by the public is not feasible due to the health pandemic.
- At least one member of the City Council is physically present at the regular meeting, unless unfeasible due to the health pandemic.
- All votes are conducted by roll call so each members’ vote on each issue can be identified and recorded.

NEW BUSINESS
1. County Assessor Open Book meeting on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 from 9:00 A.M. to Noon at the County Assessor’s office, 715 4th Street for informal appeal for taxpayers to discuss their property assessment/valuation (Public/Council information)
2. Approve re-appointment of Ted Brokaw, Director of Public Works to the Northeast Minnesota Area Transportation Partnership (NEMNATP) and Mike Wallace, Public Works Supervisor as an alternate (Council action)
3. Approve Resolution __-2021 approving exempt permit for Falls Memorial Hospital Foundation Inc., dba Rainy Lake Medical Center Foundation to conduct a raffle at 1400 Hwy 71 on August 20, 2021 (Council action)
4. Consider applying for USDA Facilities Grant in partnership with Koochiching County (Council action)
5. Committee of the Whole recommendations:
a. Approve the revised 2021 contract for services between the City of International Falls and the International Falls Area Chamber of Commerce effective (Council action)
b. Approve the revised Lease Agreement between the City of International Falls and the International Falls Area Chamber of Commerce effective (Council action)
