    a. Election of Officers – the President and Treasurer Positions need to be reviewed as per City Code of Ordinance Sec. 2-30 and MN Statute 469.096 Officers; Duties; Organizational Matters.
    1. President – as per City Code of Ordinance Sec. 2-30, no chair shall be elected who has not completed at least one year as a member of the board or commission
    2. Treasurer – as per MN Sate Statute 469.096, this position is held by a member of the commission
  6. Accounts Payable/Financial Reports
    a. Approve payment to Essential Health Solutions, LLC dba Snap Fitness- COVID-19 Stopgap Loan- $9,600
    b. Approve Financial Reports for Fund 404 for Multi-Modal District and Fund 208 for IFEDA

The meeting may include a quorum (three or more) of the members of the IFEDA Advisory Board and the City Council, neither of which will take any official actions.  The IFEDA may take official actions at this meeting.
