CONSENT AGENDA  The Consent Agenda allows the City Council to take action on routine matters by one motion that shall not be debated and shall be adopted by unanimous vote of those present.  Any individual Council member may remove an item from the Consent Agenda for discussion on the regular agenda.  (Council action)

  1. Approve the 2022 Group BCBS Medicare Senior Gold health insurance renewal and authorize signatures

  1. Mayoral Proclamation declaring October 2021 Domestic Violence Awareness Month (Council action)
  2. Consider recommendation to hire Shane Thramer and Carter Lagergren as part-time Patrol Officers for the International Falls Police Department – Chief Kostiuk (Council action)
  3. Adopt Resolution No.__-2021 PERA Declaration for S. Thramer part-time Patrol Office (Council action)
  4. Adopt Resolution No.__-2021 PERA Declaration for C. Lagergren part-time Patrol Office (Council action)
  5. Resolution No. -2021 approving delinquent water and sewer accounts to be certified to the County Auditor/Treasurer (Council action)
  6. Resolution No. -2021 approving delinquent grass and blight invoices to be certified to the County Auditor/Treasurer (Council action)
  7. Human Resources Committee meeting recommendation:  Consider the removal of an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) from the International Falls Ambulance Service due to inactivity (Council action)
