    1. Authorize the advertisement for bids for the site improvements project for the Voyageurs National Park Administration Building in conjunction with the City Municipal and Library Builds improvement projects
  9. Adjourn meeting.

The meeting may include a quorum (three or more) of the members of the IFEDA Advisory Board and the City Council, neither of which will take any official actions.  The IFEDA may take official actions at this meeting.
