  1. Acknowledge appointment of Sergeant Josh Mastin to rank of Police Investigator for the International Falls Police Department effective May 17, 2022 (Council action)
  2. Consider adoption of Resolution No. __-2022 declaring adequacy of petition and ordering preparation of feasibility study for the stabilization and bituminous paving of 6th Avenue between 17th Street and 18th Street (Council action)
  3. Approve request to advertise for bids for the 2022 Lift Station #7 Rehabilitation Project (Council action)
  4. Consider agreement for use of City/IFEDA property near VNP Headquarters Building to rent electric bikes – Voyageurs E-Bike Rentals and Tours, Dan Olson (Council action)
  5. Land Use and Legislation recommendations:
    1. Approve revised Park Use Agreement to include fee for Private vendors (Council action)
    2. Approve revised Credit Card Use Police and approve department issued credit cards (Council action)
  6. Committee-of-the-Whole recommendations:
