  1. Koochiching Technology Initiative discussion on the broadband project for Hwy 332 & Co Rd 155 – Jaci Nagle  (Council information/action)
  2. Consider request for letter of support from City of Littlefork for the development of a new ATV friendly RV park on a parcel of donated land (Council action)
  3. Approve recommendation to hire Lisa Riggs to the position of Deputy City Administrator for the International Falls Administration Department with a start date of February 27, 2023  (Council action)
  4. Approve recommendation to hire John MacLean to the position of Maintenance Worker I for the International Falls Public Works Department with an anticipated start date of March 13, 2023 (Council action)
  5. Approve Contract Ordinance for Lift Station #15 Improvements Project (Council action)
  6. Committee-of-the-Whole recommendation(s):
    1. Approve purchasing Cyber6 product for enhanced cybersecurity hardware from AdvaSec (Council action)
    2. Approve proposed International Voyageurs Snowmobile Club trail re-route within City limits which includes abandoning a previous route (Council action)
    3. Adopt Resolution No. __-2023 approving loan application to the Minnesota Public Facilities Authority for a loan from the Drinking Revolving Fund for improvements to the Water Treatment Plant (Council action)
    4. Approve 2023 Sump Pump Inspection Project as presented by Bolton & Menk, Inc. for a city-wide sump pump inspection program (Council action)
