- Act by motion of majority vote to recess to a closed meeting for labor negotiations strategy under Minn. Stat. § 13D.03, subd. 1(b) facilitated by Betty Bergstrom, Administrator and Sherri Stensland, Human Resources / Safety Director related to the City’s part-time/volunteer/paid on-call employee wages.
- Adjourn closed meeting session and reconvene in open meeting session.
- Open meeting, summarize conclusions regarding part-time/volunteer/paid on-call employee wages, and consider action items on closed session business, if any.
