SUMMARY OF INTERNATIONAL FALLS
RULES AND REGULATIONS RELATING TO WATER SERVICE ORDINANCE
The International Falls city council adopted a newly revised rules and regulations relating to water ordinance at the February 20, 2024 regular city council meeting. As required by Home Rule Charter City per Minnesota Statutes 410 a notice that the Code of Ordinances, Section 3-40, Rules and Regulation to Water Service of the City of International Falls has been amended. Note that Section 3-40 has been deleted and replaced with Sections 3-40.1 through 3-40.18. The ordinance provides the general regulations for water, as well as procedures guiding administrative responsibilities.
A copy of the ordinance in its entirety is available for inspection at the Administration Office, City Hall, 600 Fourth Street, International Falls, MN during normal business hours and on the City website:
