SUMMARY OF INTERNATIONAL FALLS
HOME RULE CITY CHARTER ORDINANCE
The International Falls City Council adopted a newly revised Home Rule City Charter ordinance at the
July 15, 2024 regular City Council meeting. As required by Home Rule Charter City per Minnesota Statutes 410, this serves as a notice that the International Falls Home Rule City Charter has been amended. The ordinance updates and clarifies language of the International Falls Home Rule City Charter.
A copy of the ordinance in its entirety is available for inspection at the Administration Office, City Hall, 600 Fourth Street, International Falls, MN during normal business hours, on the official City website and at the International Falls Public Library.

Monday-Thursday from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 (noon)
