A special meeting of the City Council of the City of International Falls, Minnesota was held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building on the 21st day of January 2025 at the hour of 7:33 P.M. (immediately following the IFEDA meeting)
MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Dill and Councilors Buller, Holden, Kalar and Wegner
MEMBERS ABSENT: None
| CONVENE CLOSED MEETING

MOTION by Councilor Kalar to recess the open meeting at 7:34 P.M. and move to close the meeting for the purpose of labor negotiations strategy with a quorum of the City Council present per Minnesota Statute § 13D.03, Subd. 1 (b). Motion seconded by Councilor Wegner and carried unanimously. |

Mayor Dill stated no action was taken in closed session.
Mayor Dill noted the following were in attendance during the closed session, Betty Bergstrom, City Administrator, Ted Brokaw, Public Works Director, Susan Hanson, Labor Attorney, Chelsea Nelson, City Attorney, and Sherri Stensland, Human Resources.
A meeting is scheduled for Monday January 27, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. to further discuss labor negotiation strategies. |
