A special meeting of the City Council of the City of International Falls, Minnesota was held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building on the 27th day of January 2025 at the hour of 11:00 A.M.

MOTION by Councilor Wegner to recess the open meeting at 11:00 A.M. and move to close the meeting for the purpose of labor negotiations strategy with a quorum of the City Council present per Minnesota Statute § 13D.03, Subd. 1 (b). Motion seconded by Councilor Kalar and carried unanimously. |

MOTION by Councilor Kalar to reconvene open session at 11:54 A.M. Motion seconded by Councilor Holden and carried unanimously.
Mayor Dill stated staff continues to work with the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local #49 collective bargaining agreement on labor negotiations. |
| ADOPTED Resolution No. 11-2025 approving Leave Administration During Strike | MOTION by Councilor Kalar to adopt Resolution No. 11-2025 approving Leave Administration During Strike. Motion seconded by Councilor Buller and carried unanimously.
