The City of International Falls is seeking interested citizens for appointment to the Charter Commission of International Falls, Minnesota. The Charter Commission meets at least once in May and December and its purpose is to frame, amend, and serve as custodians of the Home Rule Charter. The term of office for commissioners is four (4) years. There are three (3) commissioner vacancies. There are two terms expiring December 31, 2018 and one term expiring on December 31, 2020.
Applications are available in the Administration Office at the Municipal Building, 600 Fourth Street, International Falls, MN 56649. Deadline for application submission is at 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 28, 2018.
