- Act by motion of majority vote to recess to a closed meeting in accordance with Minnesota Statute § 13D.05, subd. 2(b) for the preliminary consideration of allegations against an individual subject to the City Council’s authority.
- Adjourn closed meeting session and reconvene in open meeting session.
- Open meeting, summarize conclusions of the preliminary allegations against an individual subject to City Council’s authority, and consider action items on closed session business, if any.
