ALICE (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate) training is designed to teach the skills and strategies to increase survivability during the gap between the time a violent incident occurs and law enforcement arrival. Sergeant Griffin Offerdahl and Officer Kane Kostiuk are licensed ALICE Instructors and are available to train businesses and organizations in the area. The training is a mixture of classroom instruction, drills, and scenarios which help prepare participants for incidents that have become unfortunately more common.
